Chapter Two: Arrival in the Spirit Realm.

Hengeyokai Spirit Realm; Dreamtime Japan

Deryk the Pouch escorted the Freedom Force and the Freedom Fighters through the designated Torii that lead to the Hengeyokai Spirit Realms. As they arrived, they saw several Hengeyokai youngsters playing tag in a nearby grassy field. The Ookami wolf guardsmen at the arrival zone greeted Deryk the Pouch as they examined the Were-Kangaroo Lord briefly before permitting him and his group to proceed on into the Spirit Lands. "The guards gave me directions to the Hengeyokai Rat Palace. Apparently we are being expected. So try not to cause any trouble during our visit. Also, Corona; phone calls from Earth cannot penetrate into the Spirit Realms."

Corona sighed. "If only we had known that just after we got our morphers."

"Knowing all the answers at once would lead to no lessons learned, Corona," said the Half-Dragon with his hands in the sleeves of his kimono. "If you had not known from the start how to sequester yourself from communications with those insatiable suitors, then you wouldn't know how much of a threat that prick Fulton would be to you and your family. Would you?" It was Ned talking for the moment; his voice was the same as Edmund's, but the dragon side never even bothered with honorifics.

Kaoru understood that it was Ned talking, she then said, "It was inevitable you would have a real monster for a suitor, Corona-san. Monsters are not always ones with scales and wings... or even wardrobe that summons elemental drakes."

Kazuki said to his Imagin in his mind. We'll be able to understand each other someday, Dragon Turtle. He then said to the others, "Let's focus on the task at hand, please. Michael-san should be our focus right now."

The Dragon Turtle laughed bodily. You never will understand my motives, puny Prince! Stop sending the proverbial olive branch my way as if you are the heir to the Crysanthemum Throne.

Eventually, the group arrived at the gates of what appeared to be a large palace embedded into the side of a mountain. Standing on duty at the main gates were two armored Hengeyokai Rat men. Again Deryk the Pouch spoke to the guards, vouching for the group and stating what Amaterasu had instructed him to say to any guardians, and then the group was admitted entry into the palace itself. What had appeared to be a palace on the outside was actually a full blown city of rat men and other rodent men on the inside.

Deryk said to the two teams, "Stay close; the guards told me that this place is like a maze at night and only the locals know their way around flawlessly since they grew up 'ere. And above all else, be polite; rudeness will resound back to yer chosen Celestial sponsors and then yas will be in real trouble for sure."

Knuckles just wanted to see Michael again. He wasn't very talkative currently since he felt so strongly about his student.

Thomas chose to perform some sleight of hand for the few youngsters that showed curiosity in the boy magician.

Corona glanced to Kaoru and said, "If we had known that the Hengeyokai had markets so delightful, then we could have shopped here and not have to deal with public stupidity back home. Yes, I know that wishing for what ifs would not have been a good learning experience but we've been through a non-fiery Hell."

Deryk then said, "Ah just got a mental message that Michael is performing in what the locals call the Training Maze. In fact, 'e convinced them to let 'im participate since 'e stated that 'e needed to stay trained for the benefit of 'is instructor, Knuckles." That news made the red echidna smile a little.

Edmund was back in control, since the Ned side of him was less than polite (to put it politely). He bowed in respect to a merchant, even though the half-dragon being larger than a hengeyokai rat might look intimidating even with the docile look on his muzzle. He was looking at the sculptures. It reminded him of the glass sculpture in front of the old base he made with his breath weapon when the Sand Prince tried to attack the base with a sand elemental.

"We have been through a non-fiery damnation when it comes to our respective enemies and even worse when it came to Kazuki-san. Besides who would want a relative after them for romantic motives?" Kaoru then looked around. "It seems like we're missing someone." She looked around for their friend. "Swifty-chan?" Her eyes shown shock. "Did we forget our friend? He's usually hovering around me and interacting with Kazuki-san. She backed up from the shops, and looked around. "Swifty-chan?"

Deryk the Pouch said, "Kaoru, Swifty offered to babysit Edmund's son back at the resort. Since we are going to be returning there when we get Michael, we will look for him. But he should be with Masayuki as he agreed to perform at the resort. I can mentally ask Geoffrey St. John to go look to make sure." And he made it so.

At that moment, Stanley Thunder walked up to Deryk the Pouch and gave him a fond hug. "So my student returns."

Deryk of Parousia hugged Stanley in return. "Ah was in love with yas once upon a time. But then again, so was Janet."

Michael was soon seen approaching with three other Hengeyokai rat boys whom all veered off before arriving in the royal chambers. Michael approached Knuckles and knelt to one knee in front of him. "My absence likely 'as not been good for yas, Master Knuckles. 'ow is Club Freedom?"

Knuckles held Michael's head as he started sobbing.

Thomas said, "The bad guys wrecked the club a few times and we have been utilizing a new Club Freedom on both Earth as well as the copy the Mobians made back on Mobius. Even Zavierio mentioned that it was bound to happen eventually. Knuckles missed you sorely. The bad guys kept trying to slide a fake version of you in to mess with not only the team but to mess with the Mobians as well. I married Impulse Celeron and we have several children. Edmund has a son of his own through a time dragon. Corona married her Rakshasa tiger friend just to stop the suitors from calling. Kaoru and Kazuki are the only ones whom haven't fallen head-first into the baby making department."

Chapter Three: Strengthening Ties.

Michael smiled at Thomas. "Congratulations, Thomas. Sorry Ah missed yer wedding. But are yas blokes and sheilas going to advance yer 'engeyokai spirit powers with yer chosen morpher powers while yer 'ere in 'engeyokai land?"

Corona said, "Do you think we should, Michael? We haven't thought about them much since we got our powers. They might be disappointed in us."

Kazuki said, "Hytakarasu-dono has always taught that earning the favor of the Hengeyokai always bring honor and good fortune. Judging that Shuichi is still after Ukami and myself, I must do what I can to prevent another attempt at him violating me. Maybe then I can earn the respect and loyalty of the Dragon Turtle Imagin contracted to me." Within his mind, The Dragon Turtle Imagin growled. Don't count on it, puny Prince.

Edmund lowered himself own to be closer to Michael's level. "As much as my appearance has changed Michael-san, I still would be honored to be considered one of your friends." He didn't mention that Mireon was disguised as Michael when he fathered their child, but that was something that would embarrass him. He then said to the others, "As both my sides have reconciled and are balanced, I will work to advance my Hengeyokai spirit powers."

Kaoru said, "Whatever we do, we shall do as a team." She then said, "I only learned of the Hengeyokai through Kazuki-kun and Master Ryuu, as my parents have never interacted with them in their halcyon days. I would like to earn the respect of the Hengeyokai as well."

Stanley Thunder then spoke up. "As a refresher course in your hengeyokai spirits, according to what Michael told me of when you all gained your powers... Michael was assigned the rat and questioned why he received that species; Kazuki was assigned the crab and wasn't too happy about it either; Corona was assigned the cat and was satisfied with the choice; Edmund was assigned the dragon and like the other males was none too happy about it; Thomas was assigned with the hare and seemed ecstatic over the idea; and Kaoru was assigned the sparrow and remained neutral over the choice."

Michael said, "I did look into where all of our Hengeyokai spirit cities were located. As you can tell from where we are now, this is the rat city."

Stanley then remarked, "Report in to your Hengeyokai spirit guides and after that, we should meet back once again at the greeting grounds of he Hengeyokai realm. As for Michael and Knuckles, they haven't seen each other in a while and they should be permitted to visit with each other while the rest of you are getting caught up. No time at all will pass in the Earth realm while you are getting your advanced training. When you are ready, you will find myself, Michael and Knuckles at the entry realm."

Three Time Dilated Years Later...

Stanley and Deryk of Parousia watched Michael and Knuckles perform a training session near the front gates while they waited for the others to return from their Hengeyokai training. In Knuckles' eyes, Michael was performing as if he had access to Knuckles the entire time he had been in the Hengeyokai Rat Realm. Knuckles was smiling during the training session since Michael could actually keep up with him no matter what he threw at the young man.

Kazuki was the first of the bunch to return from his training with the Hengeyokai. He looked different, his hair was more messed up and his eyes were a golden orange. The blazer with the drake designs (used by the Imperial to summon water drakes) were draped over his shoulders, and It seems in all those time-dilated years, he and the Dragon Turtle Imagin were more cooperative between each other, and have formed a somewhat mutual agreement as part of their contract with each other. "Greetings, friend of the plain Water Prince! I am sure that the Water Prince will be happy to speak with you, but with that sex-for-brains Sand Prince still on the loose, he thought it best that I took the reins in public. You may call me Aremag." On key for a Dragon Turtle to be cranky enough to give himself the name of an even crankier one from a tabletop RPG.

Corona slid in quietly with Raja at her side. Training with the Hengeyokai Cats was an interesting experience since most of the training occurred in the dark. Raja had night vision so he had no problems there. Corona had to learn to act, dress and visualize as the locals did. And she wasn't permitted to speak most of the time unless making a report to her superior. She knew she would backslide once she left the Hengeyokai realms since human females were often never quiet for too long. She was wearing a black outfit with orange stripes.

As Tamus and Thomas arrived, the white drake was wearing a stylish white and silver kimono that sparkled like diamonds and ice crystals. Thomas was in the form of a Hengeyokai Hare with his ears tethered together over his head much like Usagi Yojimbo the masterless Samurai, while his outfit matched Tamus' style and he carried a slender bamboo staff which had arcane markings all over its shaft. The Staff was affixed to his back at the moment and within where a Katana would reside, was his Force Morpher Phone device. "We have returned."

Knuckles called a stop to their training and after a toweling off of any sweat, Michael was handed his clothing bundle containing his Hengeyokai Rat Hero clothing of red with green fire highlights around the edges and he slowly got dressed to make himself presentable. Michael smiled at those whom had returned first. "When Karou and Edmund return, we can go pick up Edmund's hatchling from the resort and then we can return to the headquarters."

Kaoru looked slightly taller and wearing a pastel blue kimono. In her hair was porcelain hair comb with feathers representing her affinity with the sky. She looked less like a princess and more like a bride in waiting with her formal attire. She also was wearing Tabi socks to cover her feet. She had a similar aura in comparison to her mother's, as they both share the same element. She had a bamboo flute and her Force Morpher phone together in her sash.

Edmund glided down right next to his sister-figure and landed even more gracefully than when he became fully balanced. The half-dragon was wearing a Kikko Gane (a light armored kimono usually reserved for Samurai), complete with designs of clouds and thunder on a base of dim grey. He has a claw mark over his left eye, though the eye itself was still intact. His wings shook for a moment, before he closed them tight to his body. He also looked a little more muscular in comparison to his formerly lithe build. He was surprised by a hug from Kaoru, but definitely reciprocated gently. Though it wasn't long since they left to others, it was already three years gone. He also loved his new uniform outfit, as it was more conservative than he wanted. He was a young adult as far as human terms go, but as a half-dragon, he was still considered a Shadodrak in the standard age levels for the other aspect, albeit an older one. His Force Phone Morpher was tucked away in his Kikko Gane to be pulled out at a moment's notice. "Good to see you after all this time, Onee-san."

Michael said, "Let us go pick up those we left at the resort and then we can return to Japan. Better training and new clothes will make Master Ryuu take notice."

Chapter Four: The Force of Freedom.

Hokkaido, Japan 2031 A.D; Sunari Village, Hidaka-sanmyaku Hills
Freedom Fortress

"This is Kanako Takuma coming to you live from the publicly accessible headquarters of Super Sentai Jiyuna Seishin or as the Western Americans call them, Freedom Force. The media has been invited here to the Hokkaido Prefecture just outside of Sunari Village to witness the team's newest wardrobe alteration and to officialize their place among the other Sentai teams from times past. Originally a world wide branch club stemming from the famed Teen Force and Mysteries Inc in the United Kingdom, Jiyuna Seishin are the first to embrace the sentai lifestyle. Willing to work with other Sentai as well as local Kamen Riders, the Jiyu Chikara are the new Sentai for the age. Now we are about to head inside to witness the unveiling of their new upgrades. Follow me as we enter the Jiyuna Yosai." And then the TV camera man as well as the reporter walked into Club Freedom's coastal fortress. Laid out before the camera view was a banquet feast deserving for the emperor of Japan if he were to attend. The Decor was in the style of respect and honor. Female Mobians as well as female Hengeyokai served as caterers to the guests whom were all coming in to see the restart of Power Rangers Freedom Force. Within the Sentai section were some of the earliest Sentai team members to represent their ways of origin; along the American side were the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, The Space Rangers, the Galaxy Rangers, Lightspeed, Wild Force, Dino Thunder and albeit unpowered, the instructors of the Wind Ninja Academy, the former Ninja Storm Rangers. Within the Kamen Rider section were original and new Kamen Riders alike along with Zephyr Eighth-Paw representing his team whom were back in Oregon state. In an area marked as the Briarwood Alliance, Mystic Force, Britton, King Owen and his consort, and other members of the Briarwood knighthood were in attendance. "Initially, Club Freedom had well over four hundred thousand newsletter members world-wide. Every time the club leader had a birthday, he would send electronic gifts of value out to the club members since his day of birth was just as important to the club members as it was to himself. We are being escorted by Amy Rose of the Freedom Fighters of Mobius over to a media stage where we can get the best possible views of the Freedom Force when they present themselves shortly. After the reveal, we will briefly interview each team member unless they choose to pass on the honor. Some might be camera shy."

Back stage, Michael was all giddy; he had heard of most of these Sentai teams and Power Ranger groups but never expected them to accept his dinner invitation to unveil the team's new upgraded appearance. The Hengeyokai graduate clothes were quite grand and for Michael, fit him so well; better than his old clothes. Although he had an impish desire to put a sign up so when the curtain opened, everyone would see April Fools instead of the emerging team members; but as Knuckles and Stanley had told him, backed up by Sherwood of Earth, playing a prank like that on the greats of the franchise would only result in their not taking the team seriously if they ever got into real trouble. The Boy whom cried Wolf, et, al.

At the last minute, Carrington Knight and Col. North came into the party but stayed near the exit for the time being. Usually when they showed up, it was because they sensed the real Lari about to make an appearance. And since the Aussie Thunder had a version in which both rangers did not believe to be Lari, they were still on the prowl.

Knuckles whispered to Michael, "Word of Warning, North and Cary just arrived and they seem to be eying the gathering intensely. I don't need to remind you that they only show up when they sense the real Lari nearby. Aussie Thunder has a Lawry Knight in their team, but Cary and North already denounced that he was their Lari."

Michael looked to Kazuki before saying, "If my father is here, you would think he would have shown himself physically by now. This is too important of a day to worry about them for now."

Sherwood was then standing at Michael's side. "I got your mental summons, Michael. Lay it on me."

Michael said, "Cary and North just arrived in the public area. I had not invited them to this important day. If my father is nearby, find him before they do and make sure he stays where you can find him later. I want to talk to the guy myself."

Sherwood disappeared to do as Michael asked. Lari was an elusive ranger. Donating genetic material to create Michael and then flat disappearing was not honorable at all.

Sega manned the music machine as he got the signal to begin the unveiling of the team. Sonic was glad to write up an all new composition for the Freedom Force that mimicked the old 80s cartoon of the same name. The music began to play and an announcer with a heavy echoing voice said, "The Village of Sunari! Home of the Freedom Force! Michael Knight, Leader of the Team; Sponsored by the Hengeyokai Rats; Master of the Emerald Fire Element! Behold!" Michael leaped out into the center of the stage and began his modified sequence.

Michael brought his Red Force Morpher in front of himself and he pressed the following buttons in sequence: [FIRE] [SPIRIT] [GO]. His surroundings turned to bright red flames showing him in front of a flaming red Master Emerald as his Hengeyokai Graduate uniform appeared entirely over his body and then the flames vanished where upon he struck a secondary pose and he brought his force morpher up again as he pressed the following buttons in sequence: [3] [2] [1] [GO]. The image of the rat academy then appeared behind him as a splash of red and black covered his body from the neck down which formed into his ranger uniform, along with his belt, gloves, and boots. Then, the bright red flaming surroundings pulled together to form a visored rat-shaped helmet, leaving Michael standing in mid air within the void. The helmet spun around once and then lowered down upon his head with a soft latching sound. Then his Red Hengeyokai Rat Zord and his Red Echidna Zord both appeared behind him briefly as his surroundings returned to normal. Michael then briefly transformed between full rat and Hengeyokai Rat man forms before appearing once again in his ranger garbed body. "Freedom Spirit Red! Fire Force Ranger!"

As Michael held his finishing pose, a glowing red light appeared oval style directly in front of the ranger in pose. Within the red energy appeared to be what looked like Lari Knight as he had been way back when he was last seen pre-ranger status. "Congratulations on reaching stage two, son. You have a fine team. Someday we may meet, but for now, Gabriel's horn is calling me. Please do not try to summon me back. It will end in disaster. A great enemy killed me before I ever got to be a ranger. All the dupes pretending to be me couldn't know that the Spider tribe poisoned me way back after I built my first clubhouse. The spiders are a vicious lot. Not even Kiel knows the truth. Live for freedom; Die For Freedom!" And then the oval energy was gone. And so were Cary and North having heard the final message.

Michael sent mental word to Sherwood and Sega to keep the event running; he would mourn his father's loss later.

Sherwood mentally placed calls to distant locations so he could get his information straight for the discussion with Michael later. Trying to pull this kind of trick with a Holy Pouch on hand was really pushing the envelope quite a bit.

Calling Gabriel since his name had been mentioned. Sending word to Deryk of Parousia to verify Cary and Col. North's locations was next. And sending word to Aussie Thunder was the third call to make since if they had Lawry with them, then there is no way this could still be occurring.

Chapter Five: The Unveiling Continues.

Sega continued the introduction and music as if uninterrupted. "Kazuki Kiau! Right-hand Support of the Team; Sponsored by the Honorable Hengeyokai Crabs; Master of the Water Element! Behold!" That was Kazuki's cue to leap out and go through his new motions.

Kazuki brought his Blue Force Morpher in front of himself and he pressed the following buttons in sequence: [WATER] [SPIRIT] [GO]. His surroundings turned to the crashing waves of a majestic ocean as the sky turned to a glowing blue mist showing him in front of a huge Dragon Turtle as his Hengeyoaki Graduate uniform appeared entirely over his body and then the waves vanished where upon he struck a secondary pose and he brought his force morpher up again as he pressed the following buttons in sequence: [3] [2] [1] [GO]. The image of the Crab Academy then appeared behind him as a splash of blue and black covered his body from the neck down which formed into his ranger uniform, along with his belt, gloves, and boots. Then, the bright blue surroundings pulled together to form a visored crab-shaped helmet, leaving Kazuki standing in mid air within the void. The helmet spun around once and then lowered down upon his head with a soft latching sound. Then his Blue Hengeyokai Crab Zord and his Blue Hedgehog Zord appeared behind him briefly as his surroundings returned to normal. Kazuki then briefly transformed between full Crab and Hengeyokai Crab man forms before appearing once again in his ranger garbed body. "Freedom Spirit Blue! Water Force Ranger!"

"Corona Bengala-Al-djinhm! Royal Star of the team; Sponsored by the Stealthy Hengeyokai Cats; Mistress of the Star Element! Behold!" That was Corona's cue to leap out and go through her new motions.

Corona brought her Orange Force Morpher in front of herself and she pressed the following buttons in sequence: [STAR] [SPIRIT] [GO]. Her surroundings turned to the Jungles of India combined with ancient forgotten temples as the air turned to a glowing orange light showing her in front of a ferocious tiger with arcane etchings as her Hengeyoaki Graduate uniform with skirt appeared entirely over her body and then the jungle vanished where upon she struck a secondary pose and she brought her force morpher up again as she pressed the following buttons in sequence: [3] [2] [1] [GO]. The image of the Cat Academy then appeared behind her as a splash of orange and black covered her body from the neck down which formed into her ranger uniform with skirt, along with her belt, gloves, and boots. Then, the bright orange surroundings pulled together to form a visored cat-shaped helmet, leaving Corona standing in mid air within the void. The helmet spun around once and then lowered down upon her head with a soft latching sound. Then her Orange Hengeyokai Cat Zord and her Orange Tiger Zord appeared behind her briefly as her surroundings returned to normal. Corona then briefly transformed between full Cat and Hengeyokai Cat woman forms before appearing once again in her ranger garbed body. "Freedom Spirit Orange! Star Force Ranger!"

"Kaoru Suzuki! Sentai Legacy of the Team; Sponsored by the Lofty Hengeyokai Sparrows; Mistress of the Wind Element! Behold!" That was Karou's cue to leap out and go through her new motions.

Karou brought her Green Force Morpher in front of herself and she pressed the following buttons in sequence: [WIND] [SPIRIT] [GO]. Her surroundings turned to the mountain peaks of Japan combined with respectable training dojos as the air turned to a glowing green light showing her in front of a Sparrow adorned with Fan weapons as her Hengeyoaki Graduate uniform with skirt appeared entirely over her body and then the mountains vanished where upon she struck a secondary pose and she brought her force morpher up again as she pressed the following buttons in sequence: [3] [2] [1] [GO]. The image of the Sparrow Academy then appeared behind her as a splash of green and black covered her body from the neck down which formed into her ranger uniform with skirt, along with her belt, gloves, and boots. Then, the bright green surroundings pulled together to form a visored sparrow-shaped helmet, leaving Karou standing in mid air within the void. The helmet spun around once and then lowered down upon her head with a soft latching sound. Then her Green Hengeyokai Sparrow Zord and her Green Samurai Zord appeared behind her briefly as her surroundings returned to normal. Karou then briefly transformed between full Sparrow and Hengeyokai Sparrow woman forms before appearing once again in her ranger garbed body. "Freedom Spirit Green! Wind Force Ranger!"

"Edmund (Ned) Yamada-Davidson! Draconic Legacy of the Team; Sponsored by the Hengeyokai Tokage Dragons; Master of the Golden Way! Behold!" That was Ned's cue to leap out and go through his new motions.

Edmund brought his Gold Force Morpher in front of himself and he pressed the following buttons in sequence: [HONOR] [SPIRIT] [GO]. His surroundings turned to the golden temples of Draconia as the air turned into a glowing golden light showing him in front of a huge pair of Tokage Dragon Twins as his Hengeyoaki Graduate uniform appeared entirely over his body and then the temple vanished where upon he struck a secondary pose and he brought his force morpher up again as he pressed the following buttons in sequence: [3] [2] [1] [GO]. The image of the Tokage Dragon Academy then appeared behind him as a splash of gold and black covered his body from the neck down which formed into his ranger uniform, along with his belt, gloves, and boots. Then, the bright gold surroundings pulled together to form a visored dragon-shaped helmet, leaving Edmund standing in mid air within the void. The helmet spun around once and then lowered down upon his head with a soft latching sound. Then his Gold Hengeyokai Dragon Zord and his Gold Tokage Lizard Zord appeared behind him briefly as his surroundings returned to normal. Edmund then briefly transformed between full Dragon and Hengeyokai Tokage man forms before appearing once again in his ranger garbed body. "Freedom Spirit Gold! Honor Force Ranger!" And as he struck his final pose, a secondary spirit image of his Ned side struck a pose beside him. "Freedom Spirit Gold! Tokage Force Ranger!"

The after image was then gone as suddenly as it appeared. Apparently Ned/Edmund had a new power which permitted him to become twin Tokage Dragon Rangers!

Thomas Copperfield! Light of Hope for the team; Sponsored by the famed Hengeyokai Hares; Master of Magic! Behold!" That was Thomas' cue to leap out and go through his new motions.

Thomas brought his White Force Morpher in front of himself and he pressed the following buttons in sequence: [ICE] [SPIRIT] [GO]. His surroundings turned to bright white snow and ice showing him in upon as stage of magical sleight of hand tricks and treats as his Hengeyokai Graduate uniform appeared entirely over his body and then the ice vanished where upon he struck a secondary pose and he brought his force morpher up again as he pressed the following buttons in sequence: [3] [2] [1] [GO]. The image of the hare academy then appeared behind him as a splash of white and silver covered his body from the neck down which formed into his ranger uniform, along with his belt, gloves, and boots. Then, the bright white lighted surroundings pulled together to form a visored hare-shaped helmet, leaving Thomas standing in mid air within the void. The helmet spun around once and then lowered down upon his head with a soft latching sound. Then his White Hengeyokai Hare Zord and his Silver Hedgehog Zord both appeared behind him briefly as his surroundings returned to normal. Chapter Six: Let The Party Commence.

Sherwood gathered the rangers back stage with the Mobians as witnesses and he said, "As a Holy Pouch, I have contact power beyond the mortal coil. When Gabriel of Heaven was mentioned in this trick, I contacted him and directly asked him if Lari Knight was indeed in Heaven. He said it would be nice except the nice young joey had never arrived. This means that he is still alive. When I contacted Deryk of Parousia about Cary and Col. North's whereabouts, I was told that they are helping the other rangers and riders to clean up and re-open Australia. The spiders are being pains in the asses again. I was further told that the Dreamtime Wars have not ended. Just when you thought it was safe to plan a vacation. When I contacted Geoffrey in Aussie Thunder, he verified that Lawry Knight was indeed with the team during their shopping trip in Kangaroo Town. They needed supplies and that's where they went. I went one step further in my inquiries; I contacted Soluella and asked her if Lawry was in fact Lari Knight of Outback Rescue. She told me two things. First, she implied that she never had Lari in her possession since before a certain date, Lari Knight nor anyone of his family ever existed at all. Then she quoted something that the ancient Holy Pouches have all said before they retired. He is where he has always been. Sadly, no one has ever figured out what that means. So the question becomes, where had he been before his supposed arrival in our world. This he is where he has always been is very mysterious." He paused as he took a breath and released it. "You may all make commentary now."

Thomas said, "We were always told that Michael was the product of a wish made from Cary to the Arranger of Dreamwolf. Untainted human DNA from Lari had to be mixed with untainted human DNA from North to make a baby that Alastair Zavierio would raise in Japan. And to never reveal where Lari was after the baby was made. Later the Arranger implied that neither Lari nor North had ever been human. Yet Michael was still made. Later still, a change in DNA was made to make it so Knuckles was one of Michael's parents. Someone is playing a game and it isn't fair to Michael to continue doing this to him."

Stepping out from one side was Thomas' sister whom everyone usually forgot was around. Terena. "I have an idea that is so stupid that it might be the answer you are all overlooking."

Michael said, "Oh why not? We 'ave pondered every other stupid idea. Let's 'ear yer idea, Terena."

Terena smiled. "Just behind the Hollywood sign, Thomas has his own inter-dimensional version of Club Freedom where he likes to meet up with Greg, Tamus and the others. Now keep that part in mind as I explain this next portion of the stupid idea. Let's say that the former Holy Pouches and Soluella are right in what they are saying. Even Arch-Angel Gabriel has already confirmed that the nice joey called Lari Knight never made it into Heaven. Now think back... whom was it whom had supposedly had first seen Lari Knight before bringing his order brothers in to offer ranger training or order membership to the bloke before Outback Rescue was ever formed... It isn't that hard to figure out, guys..."

Michael couldn't believe what Terena was implying as he looked to his team mates in silence.

Edmund let out a low growl, allowing Ned to come through slightly. Kaoru looked towards Edmund, and Edmund wrested control back to himself. "No... we will not be having a Kangaroo barbecue." Kaoru covered her mouth, now finally realizing the clues Terena and Edmund were giving.

Kazuki sighed, feeling Aremag on alert for any foul play or party crashers of the Sand variety. "No matter what part of the world they are from, Lords, Emperors, Kings and Presidents... they have some sort of hidden agenda that even the commoners don't understand." As an Imperial, he knew how the grown ones play Chess, Shogi, Go, whatever... However, most of his friends not being as such, he spoke more with a commoner's dejection of this way of life.

Terena remarked, "Yes. I am referring to Lord Kiel of the Musketeer Order. It was often said that if he didn't like how a certain outcome on a world was occurring, he would craft an inter-dimensional version of that world with the best features and the chosen entities he wanted to save dwelling within it. In regards to Outback Rescue and later Royal Rescue, he did this on more than one occasion. When he created Outback Rescue, whom all seemed a little too perfect, the demons intervened and replaced the entire team with demon copies to go on to become rangers to harass the Boomer Force. But when Outback Rescue disbanded near the end, that Lari whom had actually been one part of Cary and Liontail made the creation wish to the Arranger to have Michael created. Not long after that, the O.R. version of Lari just fades away. And no one can find him ever again. Shortly after, Kiel fabricates the Royal Rescue team whom all seem to be non-demon real humans whom like Outback Rescue, seemed a little too perfect. More recently, it was revealed that they had all been the PAWs Earth's citizens when that planet had existed. Lord Larry recently recreated Paradign (PAWs Earth) with Kiel's blessing. The year on their world is 2011. And they have their own Boomer Force as well. Lord Larry discovered that he had never been related to Lari Carington Knight at all. Now back to our dilemma..."

She continued, "Aside from Michel, here, according to Soluella, The Lari Carington Knight line never existed. So I took the liberty to contact Roolock and Clarissa, since they are local Elder Powers of our Earth's Australia, and I asked them where Kiel might be hiding the real Lari Carington Knight that he claimed he had seen back before Outback Rescue. Roolock giggled at first as he began rubbing his paws together, saying, Ah knew someone would get smart and ask us about this shit eventually."

Michael motioned toward Terena. "Go on, Terena. What did he say?"

Terena smiled. "He first said that only he and his wife had the legal right to keep secrets in the Outback. Then he said, The original boy Kiel 'ad sighted that day in Blackall 'ad been none other than Mr. Depression, Lari Kingston Knight of Earth. Not long after that, Kiel chose to create a 'appier caring version of the boy whom 'e named Lari Carington Knight along with a family of 'is own, and several friends and their families to be placed in Blackall, even going so far as to making the locals believe that these people 'ad always lived there. Yas know that old saying that 'everyone 'as a twin somewhere in the world'? Kiel simply copied people from other parts of the world and placed them into Blackall. The original Celeron family are still in the States, and so forth. Kiel uses Twinning, since Cloning 'as messy side affects. In closing, the real Lari 'e crafted is still where Kiel created 'im while a twin of the original creation was sent out to join Outback Rescue. Yas can find the original LCK creation in a displaced inter-dimensional Blackall that is stuck in 2009. Kiel 'as severe security around 'is prison dimension. It will take a 'oly Pouch to get 'im out of there."

Michael looked to Sherwood. "A prison dimension doesn't sound like a fitting end to my father figure, Sherwood. Yer a 'oly Pouch; do something."

Terena then said, "One more word of warning, Michael... Clarissa suggested that he may not know that he is Lari Carington Knight when rescued. That was the name Kiel gave the Outback Rescue twin when he allowed that one out into the world. Your DNA comes from this imprisoned young man."
