KF2: CC-08 He Lives In Me

James nods and goes right up to his father and hugs him, "Hi Dad!" Subtlety isn't really one of his strong points.

The skunk kisses back and fills the boy nicely, "That would be really nice. But unfortunately, we're stuck here."

One of the young colts is sitting near by and grins at Robert with a wink. He's lithe and not as 'impressive' as some of them but very sexy and cute. He says in a low voice, "Hiya hummie. You lookin' ta play with herd master?"

Mr Talbot smiles. "Hello son. I was just telling Max all about you. How you look after all the... animals... back....... home." He just noticed that James was wearing one of the wolves' collars. The important wolf, actually. "James? Something bad happened at home, didn't it?"

Matthew is surprised that Mr. Talbot got so concerned when he saw the collar yet said nothing about near nudity.

Donald said, "But once I speak to the case workers, we might be able to arrange something. It's not fair that someone decided that you guys can't ever be released. I like you." He hugs them all. "My muddy magic skunkies."

Robert erps when he sees the cute colt he missed seeing. "Um... no, see that one were-horse over there?" He points. "I was meeting with him and some of his friends earlier at one of the barns and Big Bad scared them all away. I still want to be friends with them. Big Bad is getting screwed by Hoss. And yes, you can tell everyone in the whole area about it. Stupid wolf needs to be humiliated. Anyway, my name is Robert. I don't want to be a horsie myself, but I really like horsies enough to be friends with them and play with them, too. What's your name?"

James looks down, his eyes tearing up a little as he grips the collar slightly, "Y...Yeah... He...Someone killed him, Dad... Gutted him...and..." He chokes back, trying not to start trying in front of the others again. He wipes his eyes, "Um, there's a lot I need to talk to you about... It's...kinda important, okay?"

James wasn't surprised, he knew his dad wouldn't be surprised if he showed up ENTIRELY nude... but atleast he has his shorts on this time heh.

The skunk chuckles and all of them group hug him back, "Sure, all yours."

The colt grins, "Trasky. Um.. why you no wanna be like us?" He tilts his head curiously, "Oh him? I kin deliver a message if yas want...What you wants me ta tell him?"

Mr Talbot nodded his head as he turned to look at his toonish friend. "Max? I'll catch up with you later. My son needs me."

Max replied with a smile of his own. "You were totally right about James. He is a real cute kid. I hope I have a boy just like him someday. I'll be in study hall, Jim. See you there." And he headed off to go there except Matthew pounced his legs and gave him a BIG sniffing! "Hey, what are you doing?"

Matthew grinned. "Memorizing your scent, of course. I'm an alpha."

The more Donald played with his friends, the stickier the gooey mud that coated all of them seemed to get. In fact, it was like being stuck in a pool of chocolate taffy instead of being in a muddy slough. But he was loving every moment of his time with his skunk friends. Eventually, he asked one of the skunks he enjoyed the humor of the most, "How long did it take me to get free of the slough mud the last time I visited? I get the feeling it might be longer this time because this stuff is so sticky."

Robert reached over to the slicked up coat and lightly rubbed his hands and fingers over the muddy were-colt. "Because if I had hoofs, then my hands wouldn't feel like this on your body. It would feel like someone was dragging hoofs over your hide. Not to mention... I still have to go to school during the week and then there is the fact that I eventually have to go home because my parents are Norms. If I suddenly disappeared, they might call in the National Guard. Besides, Trasky... I think you're really sexy."

"As for my message to the other were-horse, tell him that Big Bad is getting fucked by Hoss and second, tell him that Robert is nearby and still wants to be friends with him. If you do that for me, Trasky... I'll play with you whenever you want. How does that sound?"

James blushed slightly at Max's comment but he was more focused on the situation right now... But he's confused. He's wondering if this is his REAL dad and the other dad made him to fake him out (unlikely) or if he's been doing a lot of stuff to help someone he doesn't even really know or what. He's really hurt and confused at the moment.

The skunk giggles, "Well last time it was several days, this time might be a week. Though it's partial due to how little we get to add to it."

Trasky smiles, "But you could be a Silieni! They're CUUUUUTE! ... oh ...wel I guess that's bad... You're really sexy too. And I'll lettem know!"

Mr. Talbot takes James over to a shady spot under a tree and sits down with him, hugging him as he looks at the collar close up. "I always did like Rising Fang, son. He saved my life once. That is the collar I gave him. So... what all do you need to tell me?"

Matthew stayed out in the open standing guard to make sure James had that private time with his father.

Donald giggled too as he gave the skunk boy a deep kiss on the mouth. "On my last visit, you said you'd like to have some private time with me in your mud den. Since I may be here longer this time... would you like to take me into your mud den right now and spend that private time with me that you wanted?"

Robert gave Trasky a nice kiss, then he let the muddy were-colt go deliver the message. He really LIKES Trasky a lot now. He can't wait to play with the sexy muddy were-colt off at the cutie's favorite place. He gets the feeling that the others may not want to take a chance on being friends with him because of the stupid bum-fupped werewolf. He watches to see where Trasky goes and what those he speaks to do in response to the message.

Visa had returned during the afternoon to check on the specialist and Richard to find out how far along the foxtaur boy was in gaining his proper form. "How is Richard progressing, sir?"

James tells his dad everything that's been going on and everything about the veil and everything his grandpa told him and he saw and it all leads up to Rising Fang's death... by which point James is sobbing and crying again, despite trying not to. He really loved Rising Fang.

The skunky giggles and kisses back deeply, "Sure. It's pretty close too but the mud is slicker and less sticky there too" He winks and leads Donald there once things have died down a little.

Trasky seems to know A LOT of the different weres here and he delivers the message promptly after weaving through a bunch of other equines. The werehorse from before becomes visible as he moves out of where he was to listen to Trasky. Trasky then grins and nodnods rather fastly...but then shakes his head, looking a little sad. The other werehorse though looks relieved a little but nods in return and heads off.

Trasky then returns to Robert with a big grin, "He say he's gonna meet you somewhere a bit safer! Somewhere the others wouldn't pounce you." He points up stream, "Ya need to go that way...then you'll see this biiiig rock that looks kinda like someone kneeling in front of a bigger rock. Go over to the bigger rock and you should see a path that leads up to one of the springs the river feeds from. It's not as big as some of then but it's a really quiet, cool spring. It's called the Loadstone Spring. That's his little area he likes to watch over."

The specialist smiles, "He's progressing well... It's a little awkward for him right now as he's developing the 'bend' right now. A bit difficult for him to adjust to and it's going a bit slower than perhaps desired but progressing steadily and without complications."

The real Mr. Talbot holds his son closely and pets his head gently. "Rising Fang has a twin brother, James. They were separated while they were pups and our family friends, the Blackthorns, have been raising him at their estate in Rhode Island. Yes, I was always jealous of how Jonas could use magic and I couldn't. But when I learned about the Quad Counties from eavesdropping on Jonas one time, I did some checking and learned about their legal college education program for real people in the cartoon society. The reason I hadn't been home, James, is because to attend this college, I had to not only live on campus, but I had to share a dorm apartment with one of the other toon students. I got lucky and I got roomed with Maxwell Goof, Goofy's son. He and I have a lot of fun. I don't know who your mother rooms with. But I tell Max everything and we have no secrets from each other. In fact... he convinced me to do something the other day that I am not sure if it will ever see the light of day again."

Donald enters the muddy skunky's private cozy den/lair and finds himself in a sticky gooey pool almost immediately. And then he feels his friend giving him a good in-pool mounting.

Robert smiles and he gives Trasky a kiss on the lips. "I'll go see him right now and later... I'll return to play solely with you. Where would you like me to come find you at, Trasky?"

Visa grins and saunters over to where Richard was learning to move on paws. "Hello stud. Are you about to the stage of learning how to support another sexy foxy taur like me on your rump?" He winked slyly.

James rubs his eyes, sniffling, "Still wouldn't be the same." He wipes his face a little, "What do you mean seethe light of day?" He's confused about that and not sure what it means at all.

Trasky giggles, "Well there are a lot of places I could be... Though, hrmm.. Probably down at th'Runs."

Richard pants a little, "I..I hope so..." He whimpers slightly, "And don't tease me like that...this isn't easy!" Richard, honestly, may have been a cute human.. but as his change had progressed, he was turning into an even more dashingly hansome and sexy foxtaur than his father. He was QUITE the looker and even Visa would have to be a bit arroused and impressed by just by his current progress.

Mr Talbot said, "There is an experimental restoration service being offered here in the Quad Counties, son. The way it works is that you provide a healthy sample of your DNA and blood that ends up in a dual packet and then they store this away for a rainy day, as the saying goes. Let's say I die someday and I know how sad that would make you feel; you feel like that now regarding Rising Fang. Upon request, they could bring out my donated packet and perform a form restoration from the sample provided and then I would live again. However, the doctor in charge of the experiment said that any restoration may result in a toon version of the person being restored. They have never tried it on a human before. Therefore, I could return as a young cute toon version of myself. That is... if I returned human at all. I mean, look what happened to your Grandpa Jonas."

In other words, the Insanitarium has a backup of J.J. Talbot Senior.

Robert chuckled himself. "Remember: I made a promise that I would play with you whenever you liked. So that is why I asked where you would be. When I show up at the Runs, I will expect to see you there. For now, I better for see what Loadstone Horsey wants. See you later."

And he heads off to the path that led up to the spring the river fed from. It was a really quiet, cool spring called Loadstone Spring.

When Robert arrives there, he glances around at the scene and at the spring feed itself. "This is a pretty little spot."

Visa grins. "If you don't learn how to walk like a foxtaur, then no playing under my tails later. I remember promising you that." And he headed back over to the specialist. "Keep on him, sir. I need to go check in with his father." And he vanished.

James nods a little... Then rubs his eyes a little, "I hadda run in with some stuff like that too. And had my stomach pumped like I told you and ... lots of stuff happened while you were gone." He sighs, "I guess I gotta go back soon but I don't know... what to do now. They said you should know and that I should tell you but after that, they didn't tell me anything about what I should do next... I guess I don't have to worry about them killing you now though, since you're not on TV but here instead." He brushed his hair back out of his eyes a little with a sigh. The hair which was looking a little longer than previously.

After a few minutes, the werehorse approaches the other side of the spring... regarding Robert quietly and appraisingly, as if trying to work out if he should trust him and that there wasn't a werewolf near by somewhere waiting to jump.

Richard growls, "No fair!" as Visa was leaving. The specialist chuckles and nods to him as he leaves, "Take care."

Mr Talbot sniffed James and giggled. "You actually smell like Rising Fang very strongly, James. You're not changing into a wolf, are you?"

Matthew secretly grinned from where he was listening. That would be COOL for mr sneaky-sneak-sneak-sneak.

Robert slowly waved at the werehorse boy. "It's okay; I promise. Big Bad is getting it from Hoss. I know you are playing it safe, but I still want to be your friend. I plan on visiting with Trasky later at the Runs."

James blushes, "No. That's half the other boys I play with." He does smell a little like a canine though... and feline. A mix of both. It's actually a somewhat interesting scent with just a tiny hint of that toonish scent that James, Senior knows from all his friends here in the Quad Counties.

James hugs the collar, "You remember the puppy I helped raise after we got Rising Fang? Well.. He's the one who took over Rising Fang's position. Apparently... he's an adult now by their rules. It's weird to me a little, he's younger than me but... actually older than me." He fiddles with the collar, "And Matthew seems to think he's my new permanent Alpha bodyguard." He grins over at Matthew a little as if knowing he was listening in. "But I kinda think Matthew is too cute for that. We started our own adventuring group to take care of each other too. The Talbot Pack! Though Mtunga and some of the others think it should have been pride, and the others think using any species identifier is impolite but I like the sound of it." When he looked back up at Mr. Talbot though, it was obviously the tips of the ends of his hair actually were a bit longer and...darker in coloration.

The boy walks over and takes a drink before saying, "So...Why did you want to be friends with me so badly? I'm a were horse and I don't like playing by the rules like the 'civilized' ones do."

Mr. Talbot hummed. "I think we need to have Jonas and Salem look you over, James. Your hair is growing as we speak and that is cause for worry since it smells strongly of wolf. Maybe we can get your friend Matthew to escort us over to their place, yes?"

"Because Mul was the one who got warned by Big Bad, yet nearly everyone fled," replied Robert. "I couldn't understand why you left since you weren't the one in trouble. But if you want me to go away, then I have to keep my word to Trasky and go see him at the Runs in a bit. I promised him that I'd go see him after you and I were done talking. As for why I wanted to be friends, you and several others were in school on Monday during the horse sex movie and I wanted to make friends with everyone who went to watch the movie. Since you say you don't play by the civilized rules, I have to assume that you don't normally go to school. But you went to see the horse sex movie since it was that. And that just happened to be the day I ended up in the class. I spent the night with Hoss, and after that, I met nearly all of the were-horses who came to Hoss' little slumber party. I don't recall if I met you or not, but you were part of the group I met later when Mul took me over to that one place and then Big Bad stuck his nose into things."

Robert slowly stepped toward the were horse boy. "I don't see anything wrong with playing the uncivilized card. You like mud; I like mud; Trasky likes it and he is just cute; and if I am willing to play with him in his favorite mud, then I have no complaint about being your friend as well. If you are still nervous about taking a chance with me... maybe give it a trial run? I mainly wanted to stay human so I could attend school. Mainly so I could spend more time with you were horses in class. If that class was held out here, I'd enroll out here." He then held out his hand. "Can we be friends on a trial basis for now? I know the wolf worries you." then added lowly, "...stupid butt hole..." Yes, WWNN is a stupid butt hole.

James tilts his head a little, "It is? Well, I guess..." He nods a little, looking over at Matthew, "Is that okay, Matthew?" He gave his friend his most cute 'please' expression. Cute hooman expressions work better on furries than kitty or puppy eyes

The young colt shakes his head, "I went because I lost a bet and had to trade places with my cousin. I wouldn't have been there if not for that." He sits down on the bank, trailing his hooves in the water, listening to the human explain everything. Then finally, he says, "I guesso... But, if you have to stay human, be careful of the water here. They say in ancient times this spring was blessed by an ancient horse spirit called the Wild One. When humans tried to settle here, it's said that his blessing gave rise to the were-horses in this area. It's also why even veil werewolves won't come here. If they did, they'd turn into were-horses too because of the ancient spirit's blessing guarding this spring." He pauses, "It's safe here... Even from that no name werewolf..." His tone suggested he knew even more about this spring for more personal reasons.
