Upon the new North American continent, the East coast from North to South consisted of Coolsville which was a port town in Maine, Bunny Town which enveloped the Boston, Massachusetts area, The Consortium of Magic was stationed in Salem, Massachusetts, Christmas Junction which resided in the Hartford, Connecticut zone, Meta Star City resided in mainland New York City, Marvel City encompassed Manhattan Island and Long Island, New York, A.I.R.S. Depot HQ occupied Ellis Island, Mythopolis was the new Actionberg which occupied the former locale for Atlantic City, New Jersey, Rainbow Land occupied the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania region, while Canterlot occupied the Chicago land region, Angel City occupied the locale where Washington D.C. would have been. Just South of the river lay Wonderland in the Northern Virginia region and Classic Care-a-lot in the Southern Virginia region, Clementine lay in the South Carolina zone, further South was Terryville in the coastal Georgia region. The Land of Wuz had won the bid for the Bermuda Islands region. Donkeyote resided in the Daytona, Florida area while Bounty Bay (the bounty hunter mecca) occupied the Tampa Bay region, Mouse City which occupied the Miami region was one of many Disney owned zones. Skyline City was in St. Louis and Forest River was in Kansas City; while Primopolis occupied the Oklahoma City region to the Southwest. Heartstone City (the Digimon zone) occupied the Seattle, Washington locale; Poketropolis (the Pokemon zone) had won the Portland, Oregon locale; Heroes Reach and Japanopolis both resided in the San Francisco zone; Oak View in the Oakland area was the home of Puck Police Headquarters; Montropolis was on the North side of San Pablo Bay, California. South of Japanopolis was Studio City, Sea Spray Hills, Anaheim and Los Angeleos as well as Otterside to the South. Stampede City (located just outside of Moo Mesa) occupied the Dallas / Fort Worth zone.
There were several colleges and universities spread over the continent for toon, anime and human students alike. Ace the Bat Hound's Maverick Young Talented Hero School (MYTHS) was located just outside of Mythopolis. Dalis Haley's Powered Academy of Costumed Experience (PACE) was located in Angel City. (Joshua Knight's) Stellar The Bat Hound's Wonder University for Freedom Fighters (WUFF) was located between Montropolis and Oak View. Stellar had the right hand assistance of both the Bat Hound Legion as well as Richard Prince (Star Rabbit.)
Mount Justice, Upper New York State
Batman (Bruce Wayne) had called together a meeting of the Justice League to discuss the rise of Camp World's newest hero and how this hero should be made into League material. Superman (Kal-El/Clark Kent,) Wonder Woman (Princess Diana/Diana Prince,) Green Lantern (Harold "Hal" Jordan,) Flash (Barry Allen,) Shazam (Billy Batson) and Martian Man-Hunter (John-Johnz) all looked at Batman as he spoke. "As you are all aware of, whenever Captain Rabbit tries to put together a serious team of his own, his high school friends all flock to his side to join the new team and then the team might last a few weeks before the good rabbit has enough of putting up with their immature shenanigans before disbanding the team and either going solo for a while or sitting at the meeting table with the Legion of Doom; and they actually let him in there every time. We know the Rabbit has what it takes to be a real hero; but the team issue has been holding him back. His friends wouldn't be so quick to flock to him if they had to get clearance with all of us first."
Batman then said, "My idea would be to send the Rabbit along with a few others to a Superhero boot camp in a location of our choosing. They would be the reserve team in case the league needs back up during our own missions. I do NOT want the rabbit to end up with Young Justice or the Teen Titans. One, he isn't a teenager anymore and two, He might kill them on purpose if they invaded his space during his privacy time. Like myself, the rabbit is an escape artist when push comes to shove. He has allies in the damnedest of places. If you think you have him cornered somewhere where an ally could not possibly reach the two of you, then they humiliate you when they take you down. The little roo being just one of the ones whom can find him no matter what."
Superman said, "I assume you have a place in mind where you want to send the Rabbit for this boot camp experiment?"
Batman replied, "St. Louis, Missouri. There is a portion of the city known as Skyline City. Unlike the Skyline Cities in other animated worlds, this one is located there instead of in Chicago, Illinois. Local police have been requesting League assistance for criminals training to be the new grunts for the mainstream criminals in the East. In case you might have been wondering where all of the new grunts and goons get their training at. The experiment nickname that I was considering to give this boot camp team is Galaxy. Justice League Galaxy, being the full title. We would give them assignments remotely and they would be in charge of their base as well as their upkeep locally. We would only get involved if a mainstream villain hits town to see what is interrupting their goon training. The police want our help; just not us specifically."
Superman stated, "If this is the plan, then I would like to pull Superboy and Wolf out of Young Justice and send them to learn with the rabbit. I feel that Connor Kent is the least annoying of the Young Justice team. He tries hard to meet up to my expectations, but that is hard to do when we are in the same city."
Wonder Woman then said, "If that is to be plan, then we should each get to choose someone to go join the rabbit in this exercise. For this, I think I would like the new Wonder Girl to make the transition into this new team. Cassandra "Cassie" Sandsmark has been asking for better horizons away from Impulse."
Batman then said, "I am going to have to veto that choice if Connor is to be there, Wonder Woman. Connor and Cassie were dating at one time and we do not want to promote a relationship team. Captain Rabbit would willingly leave if the new team started acting like his old teams acted. And then all of this would be for nothing. Since we want to help the rabbit, then we have to make these heroes keep their feelings in their pants. If anyone would like a history of Captain Rabbit's teams, I have the fifty year DVD collection."
